Pet Costume Contest & Parade on October 28, 2017

Join us for our annual costume contest and pet parade in downtown Black Mountain.
Registration for the costume contest begins at 1:00 pm with categories for humans with pets, and pets only.
There is a $5.00 registration fee with proceeds donated to local animal rescue organizations.
The parade is free and begins at 3:00 pm with the contest following.
Prizes for the pets (or category) with the best costumes will be awarded for the top three winners!
